I’m Julian De Maria. I have been a Registered Nurse for 20+ years and have worked across the health and disability sectors in a variety of roles. These include:

  • Manager of Clinical Education

  • Director Clinical Services for a Private Hospital in Brisbane

  • National Manager for Hospital Accreditation

  • Quality advisor for an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation

  • Human Services Consultant

  • General Manager of Certifications for a national NDIS/HSQF accredited audit body

  • Lead Auditor, having conducted over 300+ audits in the NDIS, HSQF, and NSQHSS space Australia-wide.   

This experience has given me a rare vantage point across providers, regulators and conformity-assessment bodies. My sweet spot is turning complex standards into simple, repeatable and scalable systems that are driven by clear policies, clean evidence trails, reliable workflows, and teams who know what “great” looks like.
